1. Payment of Fees

Payment Methods

A one-time $50 deposit is required per student (for all programmes)
Fees are collected every 2 months (bi-monthly).
Preferred payment mode: GIRO
Other modes: Internet Transfer / PayNow
Cash payments are not accepted.

Children’s Swimming Fees (2 Months)

GIRO (Discounted Rates):

GIRO deduction date: 25th of every even month
Failed GIRO deduction fee: $10.90 per attempt

Internet Transfer / PayNow:

Payment period: 5th – 20th of every even month
Late payment fee (after 20th): $10.90
Late PayNow fee total: $270.90 (inclusive of GST)

Important Payment Notes

Your / your child’s slot will be released if payment is not received by the end of the month (26th–30th of even months).
- Deposit ($50) will be forfeited if the slot is released.
- Rejoining requires a new $50 deposit.
All bookings, registration, including swimming fees are final upon confirmation and payment: No refunds, transfers, postponements, or pro-rating.
Course fees do not include test or entrance fees. Which if applicable, shall be paid separately by students.
For students participating in the swimming classes at ActiveSG pools, please ensure that he / she is registered as a supplementary account of the parent prior to the start of the lesson.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time as we may deem appropriate. Any changes will take effect with reasonable prior notice.

2. Registration & Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

1-month written notice is required before the end of the paid term
Submit before the 5th of the paid term → ends same month

Deposit Refund

Refundable after notice period
Only if no outstanding fees

Important Notes

No temporary suspension allowed
Fees remain payable unless officially withdrawn
Unused replacement lessons and credits will be forfeited after withdrawal
No refunds for missed lessons due to personal or external circumstances

3. Replacement Lessons

Only available for active students & all replacement lessons must be completed within the paid term
Valid reasons: illness (with MC) or travel (with proof)
Subject to approval

No Replacement Provided For

Eve of major holidays (New Year, Christmas, Chinese New Year)
5th week of the month

Weather / Pool Closure

Replacement is applicable ONLY if the full class duration is cancelled due to pool closure.
No replacement if:
- The pool remains open.
- Closure occurs midway through the class.

Validity

Replacement lessons must be used within 1 month.

4. General Policies

Photos / videos may be taken for training and marketing
School may terminate enrolment for:
- Non-payment
- Non-compliance of the terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour
- Verbal abuse towards staff
The swim school reserves all rights
- Postpone the start date of new classes in the event if the class size does not meet the minimum capacity and requirements.
- Postpone new classes if minimum enrollment is not met.
- To assign a relief coach if the regular coach is unavailable.
- Reshuffle students and / or reassign coaches for operational purposes.
Students must remain actively registered with the swim school to participate in the swim assessment.

Class Size

Stage 1: 8 students per coach
Stage 2 - Swimfaster: 10 students per coach

5. Yuu Members

All payments are final and non-refundable.
No transfers or pro-rated refunds.
Points issued after successful payment have been received and verified in accordance with the agreed crediting process.
In the event of withdrawal, termination will take effect at the end of the paid term.

6. Indemnity

I acknowledge and agree that FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to me / my child/ward in connection with my / my child's/ward's participation in the swimming programme. I agree to indemnify the staff / officials of FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD for any claims, losses and damages brought against FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD arising from my child's/ward's participation. I also agree to abide by the above terms and conditions, including any amendments made from time to time.
